Excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance. The liquid ring pump can be constructed from various materials, including stainless steel grades such as 304, 316L, 2205, or 2507. Additionally, it can be made from specialized materials like titanium or Hastelloy. These options improve the pump's resistance to corrosion and wear.
We improved the energy efficiency and extended the service life of the 2BE3 liquid ring vacuum pump by optimizing the design of the impeller. Additionally, we installed a cavitation protection device to minimize the impact of cavitation on the pump. These enhancements contribute to a longer operational lifespan for the pump.
The 2BE3 liquid ring vacuum pump features easy installation and a compact design. It includes multiple suction and discharge ports, allowing for various piping layout options. The service liquid can be changed. The 2BE3 liquid ring vacuum pump can use not only water as its service liquid but also other liquids. For example, it can be converted to use oil, allowing the liquid ring vacuum pump to function as an oil ring vacuum pump.
Dual-Purpose Pump Design. The design features a barrier in the middle of the impeller, allowing each 2BE3 liquid ring vacuum pump to operate at two different vacuum levels. This means that one vacuum pump can function as two pumps, provided the suction differential pressure between the two sections is below 80kPa. This capability is significant as it reduces the number of vacuum pumps needed and saves installation space.
